  • 1099 Contract. All Chillco positions are 1099 contract.
  • Benefits. Since these positions are limited contract work, we currently do not offer benefits such as healthcare, 401K, etc.

TIPS Requirement
We’re dedicated to responsible alcohol serving and require all positions selling alcohol to complete eTIPS Training prior to your first day. This course can be completed online. Work 3 events with us and we’ll reimburse you for the course fee.

PREP/PRODUCTION

Do you take pride in making sure things run smoothly? Then this is your gig! Our production team is the backbone of the operation and primarily works in a vending room prepping drinks for vendors. This role is fast-paced, requires team effort and attention to detail.  Production roles are primarily event days, but occasionally we have hours available for setup in the days leading up to the event.

BARTENDER

You know who you are! We run full bars, offering various liquors and mixers, along with our frozen and pouch cocktails. No need to brush up on your Old Fashioned and Martini skills, although you never know when they might come in handy! Bartenders are alcohol safety-minded while serving drinks, work with their team to maximize efficiency, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your station's success and happy customers.

VENDOR

You're self-motivated, not afraid to put yourself out there, and know how to work a crowd! Vendors carry drinks into the crowd, check IDs and collect cashless payment for drinks. If you're driven, good with people, and eager to hit the ground running, then this is the perfect role for you. Must be able to carry 10-20 pounds.
