- 1099 Contract. All Chillco positions are 1099 contract.
- Benefits. Since these positions are limited contract work, we currently do not offer benefits such as healthcare, 401K, etc.
TIPS Requirement
We’re dedicated to responsible alcohol serving and require all positions selling alcohol to complete eTIPS Training prior to your first day. This course can be completed online. Work 3 events with us and we’ll reimburse you for the course fee.
